Rev. James Perkins

Rev. James Perkins is a member of the McCoy Memorial Baptist Church, an instructor in WHW Ministries and PIMB under the leadership of Dr. Robert A Williams and has been accepted into the doctoral program at Faith Seminary.

Pastor Perkins is the under shepherd of the True Friendship M.B.C. in Inglewood, California where he has served for twelve years. The continuing influence of Dr. Williams, WHW, PIMB, and Faith Seminary continue to shape his life and ministry.

Rev. Henry LeRue Brown D.Min.

Henry LeRue Brown is a native of Los Angeles, California; he joined McCoy Memorial Baptist Church at the age of sixteen. He was taken under the wings of Dr. R.A. Williams where he began to learn to study God’s Word. Rev. Brown began speaking to churches throughout Los Angeles and other cities long before he ever started preaching, he now serves as the Asst. Pastor of the McCoy Memorial Baptist Church, where he is committed to making the vision that God has given Dr. Williams a reality.
Dr. Henry Brown has worked with WHW Ministries since its birth, serving as an Instructor Assistant, Manual Coordinator, and now serves as one of the Core Instructors of that National Conference. He is also noted as the first Non-Pastor to every preach the late night service of the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc.

Rev. Brown holds a Doctor of Ministry degree and a Master of Theological Studies degree from Faith Evangelical Seminary, Tacoma, Washington. Rev. Brown has the unique gift of ministering to churches in the area of bringing the Pastor and the Pew together.

Rev. Kurtis L. Summerville D.Min. 

Dr. Summerville was born and raised in Camden, New Jersey. Throughout his youth, he recognized the special plan God had on his life and eventually accepted the call to ministry. He holds a B.A. from Cedarville University in Cedarville, OH and a M.T.S. from Faith Seminary in Tacoma, WA. He earned his D.Min from Faith Seminary.

Dr. Summerville currently serves as Senior Pastor of Bible Missionary Baptist Church (BMBC) in Wilmington, OH. He has been serving in that capacity since 1998. Beforehand, he served as an Associate minister to the late Dr. Larry L. Harris at BMBC (the “H” in WHW Ministries). Dr. Harris provided leadership, mentoring, and was a spiritual father to Rev. Summerville.

Rev. Summerville is recognized throughout the country as a prolific preacher and teacher. He is a member of the teaching staff for the WHW Conference where he teaches Greek syntax to preachers and laypersons. Dr. Summerville is a co-founder of a new multicultural ministry designed to bring unity to his local community, and is a member of two local judicial advisory boards.

Rev. Summerville is married to wife and help mate of 21 years, Denise. They have three children Alyssa (15), Daniel (12) and Jordan (11).

Rev. Maurice A. Bates

Rev. Maurice A. Bates has served as the Senior Pastor of the Mount Zion Baptist Church of Pittsburg, CA. for the past 21 Years. He is married to Mrs. Mavis E. Bates. They are the proud parents of two children.

Pastor Bates received his educational training from the California Baptist University in Riverside, CA. and the Faith Seminary of Tacoma, WA. In October of 2005, Pastor Bates received his Master’s Degree in Theology Studies at the Faith Seminary and is presently a candidate for the Doctor’s of Ministry degree at Faith Seminary.

Rev. Billy L. Bell, Sr.

Rev. Billy L. Bell, Sr., acknowledges his calling to the ministry to preach the gospel on July 23, 1979. Rev. Bell organized the Judea Missionary Baptist Church in the year 1986 where he served as Pastor for 11 years. Judea started with six members in 1986 and grew to well over three hundred on roll. In June of 1997, Pastor Bell, answer the call and challenge to New Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, in Dallas, Texas where he is currently serving as Senior Pastor.

Rev. Bell has equipped himself in God’s Word (2Tim. 2:15), and as a result God has blessed him to serve in several capacities of God’s kingdom Building.

He is a graduate of New World Bible Institute with a BTH. He has taken a number of courses at Bishop College and Tarrant County Junior College. He is a graduate of Faith Seminary in Tacoma, Washington, with a MTS in 2003 and Doctrate in Ministry in 2005.

Rev. Bell is married to Sarah and they have six children between the two of them.

Rev.V.K. Jones

In January 1990 God sent Pastor V.K. Jones to labor in the vineyard of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church of Garland, Texas.

Dr. Jones currently serves as the President of V&B Ministries which he organized jointly with Dr. B.L. Bell, Sr. of the New Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. He is a regular student and teacher in the WHW Ministries Expository Preaching and Teaching Conference, Los Angeles, Calif. and the Frank Ray Expository Teaching and Church Growth Conference, Memphis, TN.

In October 2005 Dr Jones received his Doctor of Ministry Degree from Faith Evangelical Seminary in Tacoma, Washington.

Dr. Jones is the devoted husband of more than 20 yrs to Donna Jones and they have two daughters, TaNequa & Shundria.
